Iceland is investigating ways to improve its rest facilities after a delivery driver complained that its waiting room was like a sauna. Luke Vernon said the "boiling hot" room for truck drivers at the supermarket chain's Swindon depot had no ventilation and left drivers sweating as temperatures hit 30C last week.
