Parts Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ, Ⅺ and Ⅻ in this series on ITMA'99 Paris, published in the previous twelve issues of COLOURAGE, have dealt with machines for preparatory processing & bleaching, batchwise dyeing, continuous dyeing, printing, finishing stenters, shrinking machines, relaxation shrinking machines & decatising machines, shearing machines & singeing machines, raising machines & brushing machines, emerizing machines, coating machines and calendering machines for woven fabrics. Part XIII deals with the first part of the recent non-conventional and novel finishing machines exhibited at ITMA '99 Paris. In this part, those machines are described wherein the fabric is finished in rope form either in dry or in wet condition.
