アンドリッツ製スチールヤンキードライヤーの特徴と実績

铸鉄製ヤンキードライヤーのサプラィヤーであったアンドリッツは，スチール製シェル内部に溝を切ってリブドドライヤーにメタル溶射を施したスチールヤンキードライヤーの販売を2008年に開始した.2010年の納入開始以降，16年納入予定を含めティシュマシンを中心に58台の納入実績となる.この間,ヤンキーシェルの大型化が進み,直径の最大は22ft(6,706mm),シェル幅の最大は7,400mmである.%ANDRITZ started selling steel Yankee dryers in 2008. Since when we started to supply them in 2010, we have delivered 58 units mainly including tissue paper machines (PMs) (this also includes orders to be delivered). During this period, increasing the size of the Yankee shell has been accelerated and its maximum diameter and shell width has become 6.706m and 7.4m respectively. Since ANDRITZ Yankees, which are made of 100% steel, feature high drying performance, high safety and high strength, the thickness of the shell can be made thinner. As a result, its drying performance has been improved by 8% to10% as compared to the cast iron ribbed dryer. The steel Yankee can be installed in any of the new/existing tissue, board and machine glazed paper PMs. In this paper I have sorted the comparison between the steel Yankees and the cast iron Yankees by briefly overviewing the development history of steel Yankee. I have also reported the outline of a steel Yankee manufacturing mill, and two examples of the newest technologies related to the recent Yankee dryer model.
