Producing The Goods

Like most teenagers,once these young adults develop enough experience in life,they are able to reason for themselves and take responsibility for their actions. So, the 16-year old teenager called "producer responsibility" is reaching an age of maturity in policy terms that means it can become a more established policy mechanism in future. Although producer responsibility (PR) as a concept was developed in Sweden in 1990, it took a further four years before it was introduced into European environmetal policy in the form of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive.
