THE SOUTH East England Development Agency (SEEDA) is leading work to help businesses by ensuring waste is turned into a resource and was also instrumental in establishing the Pathway To Zero Waste (PTZW) partnership with the Environment Agency and WRAP. The PTZW project is about reducing the amount of unwanted materials generated by construction activity and increasing the amount that is re-used, recycled or converted to energy.
