Where's The Evidence?

There is limited time left, and as you read this it may only be a matter of a few days (until 6 May 2015) to respond to the consultation by Defra and the Welsh Assembly Government on significant changes to the powers of the Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales. They are also seeking views on the further strengthening available enforcement powers. This exercise has far reaching implications for future management and enforcement in the waste sector. The proposals, and any responses, are worthy of careful consideration.
