PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to create digital evidence with legal admissibility of evidence from a communication terminal on the premise that it is always on and always connected with the Internet.SOLUTION: A digital evidence creation device comprises: a connection unit connected with a communication terminal during activation or operation in the state of being capable of Internet communication; an operation record creation unit for creating operation record for the communication terminal and the digital evidence creation device; an acquisition unit for acquiring digital evidence from the communication terminal via the connection unit; and a recording unit for generating a hash for each of the operation record and the digital evidence, and for recording the hash together with the operation record and the digital evidence in a recording medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
