U.S. Not Meeting 'Ambitious' Goals for Engineering Graduates

The United States is falling behind in the goal of doubling the number of college graduates with bachelor's degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (stem) by 2015, according to a report by a coalition of leading business organizations that set that educational mark three years ago.
