For many years, there were as many ways to analyze project schedules as there were analysts. With the publishing of AACE's Recommended Practice for Forensic Schedules, the field of acceptable approaches was winnowed to nine. The practice of schedule analysis has now progressed to the point that these nine approaches can be narrowed to a combination of two.
