I would like to make the following comments on the aforementioned paper. The paper proposes two different ANFIS models for the prediction of Elastic Modulus of NSC (Normal Strength Concrete) and HSC (High Strength Concrete), having 12 rules and nine rules respectively. However, at first sight, the corresponding membership functions given in figures 6 and 8 have three rules. This is obviously wrong.
