摘要

A simple, rapid, and reproducible reversed-phase LC method with UV detection at 215 nm has been developed for analysis of SP-8203 in rat samples. A C18 column was used with 3,000:1,050 (v/v) 0.01 m K2HPO4 buffer (pH 3)–acetonitrile as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.7 mL min−1 at 50 °C. Samples were extracted with dichloromethane containing ondansetron (internal standard). Detection limits for SP-8203 in plasma, urine, and gastrointestinal tract samples were 0.05, 0.5, and 10 μg mL−1, respectively.
