HLA classⅡalleles associated with systemic lupus erythematosus in East Chin

摘要

HLA classⅡalleles are associated with the genetic susceptibility of SLE. There is linkage between HLA-DQA1, DQB1(and possibly DRB1 if we do the Analysis)alleles and susceptibility gene associated with SLE. The susceptibility gene(s)of SLE in this region is (are)located in DR2 haplotypes and most likely between DRB1 and DQA1 loci.
