The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a genotype using a combination of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), enabling prediction of genotypes of East Asian human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DPB1, or HLA-DQB1 with high accuracy. By using a composition of the present invention, it is possible to simply predict the genotypes of East Asian HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DPB1, or HLA-DQB1 with high accuracy.
