Suppression of local immune response by GrB expression in gastric cancer cells

摘要

Little information is available so far on local anti-tumour immune response in gastric cancer ( GC) . Moreover, studies in malignant lymphomas demonstrated that neoplastic cells expressed cytotoxic proteins GrB. Studies here were designed to detect by immunohistochemistry the density of dendritic cells labelled by S-100 protein ( S-100~+ DCs) and activated cytotoxic T lymphocyte and nature, killer cells labelled by GrB ( GrB~+ CTL, NK ) and observe whether benign/ malignant gastric epithelium cells also express GrB.
