Features in the evolution of a two-layer flow of rubber mixtures at the exit from a die in the process of producing lengthy billets of round profile are considered. Results of a simulation of the process of flow of a two-layer substance are presented. Causes for the deviation of the thickness of a two-layer substance from a specified thickness are identified
