摘要

A sensitive enzyme-based FET biosensor for lactate has been obtained by introducing MnO_2 nanoparticles at the gate surface via a layer-by-layer assembling method.Ion-sensitive field-effect transistors (ISFETs) have received great attention in the rapidly developing field of biosensors.Enzyme field-effect transistors,ENFETs,are based on biocatalytic reactions affecting the charges at the gate surface,and producing an electronic signal dependent on the concentration of substrates.
