Boeing 747-8F delays and implications: The latest delay to the Boeing 747-8 program is causing new problems for launch customer Cargolux. The company sold four of its sixteen 747-400 freighters to UPS, anticipating no delays to the 747-8F delivery schedule. The first two of these left CV's fleet recently, and given the depressed state of the market, the Luxembourg carrier was not too concerned, since it could easily charter-in additional capacity on a temporary basis.
