The canal & river Trust's new Chief Executive Richard Parry marked four months in his job by announcing a series of measures with the purpose of establishing better communication between the Trust and its boating customers - plus an extra £4m for maintenance work this winter, and boat licence fee rises pegged back to the rate of inflation.
