Continued Learning for Success and Enjoyment

摘要

Iwas motivated to pursue further education after taking a class in the Engineering department at the University of Calgary for professional development. As with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, professional development hours are required for my professional membership with the Alberta Institute of Agrologists. However, that class, along with my work experience, led me to a much bigger goal than I had never anticipated: a Master's degree in Engineering. My positive experience with continuing education has opened my eyes to the benefit of ongoing learning no matter what stage you are at in your career.
