The excellent public transport map of Wales, with its summary of routes and frequencies, is perfectly adequate for high density routes such as Arriva Cymru's 12 from Llandudno to Rhyl or the variety of Stagecoach buses serving the Eastern Valley from Newport to Cwmbran. But you could wait a long time if you turned up on spec for a bus from Carmarthen to Llandeilo.
