Integrate, my friends. It is a concept practised widely to good effect in continental Europe, but not really understood in the British Isles. Despite innumerable (perhaps even honourable) mentions in a vast array of transport policy documents in the past 50 or more years, we just don't we do it. Not even in London or Northern Ireland where the regulatory regimes should make it easy.
