Gordon Cutting of Stagecoach Oxford is this year's Bus Driver of the Year, receiving £2,050 in prizes. He was placed fifth in last year's competition. Runner up in the finals, held once again in Blackpool, was Andrew Hardy from First South Yorkshire, while Philip McAvoy from First Devon & Cornwall was fourth and Ted Reid of Stagecoach Bluebird was fifth.
