GeoTek Energy, LLC has announced Lou Capuano Jr. will serve as a member of the GeoTek Board of Managers. Hezy Ram has been appointed Executive Advisor-Board of Managers. Ram Power, Corporation has named Shuman Moore as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 30. Ram Power, Corporation also has announced John F. O'Neill has resigned as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The company has appointed Selby F. "Bud" Little as Acting Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. O'Neill.
