Preserve the Core While Making Progress

Without progress an organization stagnates and gets left in the dust. The GRC has done a good job of maintaining a strong core for over 40 years. We have a great staff, an involved Board and a proactive membership. The core competency of the GRC includes the Annual Meeting and Expo-the largest and best geothermal conference in the world, an award-winning bi-monthly GRC Bulletin that is filled with technical articles and geothermal world news, and a strong education committee that produces workshops and technical sessions at the Annual Meeting and other locales. However, if I had to name our single most important core value, it would be education.
