MOST people know Jim Collins through his bestselling book Good to Great (2001), which has been immensely influential over time. It successfully defined several main principles that have made their way into business management circles.Perhaps most important, Collins highlighted many of the misperceptions we hold about the definition of good leadership. The book definesthe most effective leaders as possessing "Level 5 Leadership." This means they have high levels of competency, are able to make tough decisions and have fierce resolve for the business to be successful.
