The Abu Dhabi Ports Maritime Training Centre is an international centre of excellence with a quality management system certified by Lloyd's Register, one of the world's leading classification societies. It is the sole IALA-recognized VTS training institute within the entire region. It is also recognized, approved and accredited (depending on the course) by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency of the United Kingdom, as well as by the Federal Transport Authority for Land and Maritime of the Maritime Administration of the United Arab Emirates.
