摘要

The current IALA Vice President had been appointed to a new position in the International Maritime Organization and the position of IALA Vice President was therefore vacant. The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries of the Republic of Korea had submitted a nomination for Ms KIM, Youngshin, Director of the Aids to Navigation Division. There were no other candidates for the position and the Council unanimously elected Ms KIM as the IALA Vice President for the period ending with the next General Assembly scheduled in May 201 8.
