Prevention of grafted liver from reperfusive injury

摘要

The incidence of primary non-function (PNF) of grafted liver in the early postoperative stage is 2/100 - 23/100 ~[1-4], its main cause is the ischemic-reperfusive injury~[5,6]. In this experiment, anisodamine was added into the preserving fluid and the grafted liver was rewarmed at different temperatures to protect the cell membrane and prevent ischemic-reperfusive injury.
