High-resolution electron energy analyser for angle-resolved spectroscopy

High energy dispersion and fine focus of some electrostatic field with the plane of symmetry are used to make a compact energy analyser of high resolution. The base of the device equals 50 mm. When the diaphragm diameter is 0.6 mm, the resolution is better than 0.1%.
