You deserved better and we let you down. In an effort to increase efficiency, we consolidated operations to our Lake Bluff, Illinois plant in 2009. This move affected our ability to deliver products in a timely manner. While seeking to improve operations, we kept our customers and partners waiting for products and delivery information.
