Following the acquisition of dry bulk logistics service provider UBC earlier this year, InterBulk Investments plc has changed its identity to InterBulk Group The new name will be incorporated into the group's three operating companies - InBulk Technologies Ltd, United Transport Tankcontainers BV and UBC - to present a single corporate identity.
