Den Hartogh acquires InterBulk to expand chemical logistics

The boards of Den Hartogh Holding (Rotterdam) and InterBulk Group (Hull, UK) have reached an agreement for Den Hartogh to acquire InterBulk. After completion, they will together form a global top-three logistics provider for the chemical industry. Den Hartogh will offer shareholders 9 pence for each InterBulk share. The transaction has a value of approximately 42.1 million ($62.6 million) for InterBulks entire issued share capital.
