Swire Properties' enhanced plan for TaiKoo Place to commence in 2013

Swire Properties unveiled its enhanced proposal on the development of TaiKoo Place, 'Building Shared Values at TaiKoo Place'. Swire Properties has been involved in the transformation of Island East to develop and deliver a modern vibrant community. In light of this, forward-looking enhancements to the TaiKoo Place original development plan approved in the late 1990s have been incorporated and the newly enhanced plan was submitted to the Government.
