The present invention relates to a novel strain of Bacillus methylotrophicus MKSY2013 (KCTC18319P), which is a novel strain producing asparaginase having improved heat stability, and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, to a method for producing an enzyme capable of reducing acrylamide, (KCTC18319P), which produces this excellent asparaginase, and a method for producing the same.
