Large-scale low density residential development launched in Nansha

Galaxy Dante, a new low density residential project, is located in the vicinity of the Huang Shan Lu National Park in Nansha, Guangzhou. The project occupies a site area of approximately 400,000 square meters. With a plot ratio of 0.80, the total construction area of the development is approximately 320,000 square meters. The master plan of Galaxy Dante comprises 4 storey single houses, semidetached houses and highrise apartment buildings, all spread out around a lake. The houses offer a wide range of sizes ranging from 300 to 700 sq m per unit. Developed by Guangzhou Galaxy Real Estate, the project is under construction and will be completed by phases beginning in 201 3.
