Risk Management for Competition Compliance Programme(CCP)

摘要

The Competition Ordinance presents unprecedented opportunities, threats and challenges to chartered secretaries and compliance professionals in Hong Kong. Many well-established and longstanding industry practices and commercial agreements or understandings will be under a close scrutiny under the First and Second Conduct Rules of the new law -anti-competitive agreements or concerted practices and abuse of substantial market power. To response to change in risk management and compliance strategies, the Institute of Chartered Company Secretaries and Administrators has issued detailed guidelines on competition law for compliance by its members. The Chartered Secretaries are expected to know more about its actual operation through reviewing official guidelines, decisional practice directions by the Institute.
