Allies & Morrison partner Graham Morrison has hit out at English Heritage after communities secretary Hazel Blears called in the practice's £l billion Three Sisters project for London's South Bank, acting on EH's advice.rnThe scheme, a trio of towers up to 33 storeys high close to Waterloo Station, was approved by Lambeth Council and - unexpectedly - by mayor Boris Johnson, but will now be decided in a public inquiry after Blears claimed it might conflict with policies on tall buildings and strategic views.rnBut Morrison, a member of EH's London advisory committee, claimed the heritage organisation's "belligerent" view had coloured Blears' opinion of it.
