A multi-tower residential scheme by Allies & Morrison on the Old Kent Road in south London has been given the green light bylocal planners.The Devonshire Square project was given a resolution to grant planning at a Southwark council virtual planning meeting thismonth.Landowner Barkwest has promised up to 565 homes along with 4,700sq m of employment space at a site opposite a plannedBakerloo line station.The tallest building planned is 39 storeys with another stepped tower running up to 22 storeys. The remaining buildings will be12, 10 and three storeys respectively.
