Mary Rose sets sail again

The finishing touches are being put to Wilkinson Eyre's new Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth ahead of its opening at the end of the month.The ship was built at the city's Historic Dockyard more than 500 years ago and is the only 16th century warship on display anywhere in the world. It was raised from the Solent in 1982 after being sunk by the French in 1545.The £35 million museum (pictured) runs across nearly 5,000sq m and is built around the hull of the ship. It features 19,000 objects raised from the wreck.The interior work has been completed by Pringle Brandon Perkins & Will.
