Borden continues to pursue an academic career as well as an architectural practice. He recently achieved tenure and a promotion to Associate Professor in USC's School of Architecture, and is Discipline Head of Architecture and Director of Graduate Architecture Programs (serving more than 650 students). Recent projects for his firm include renovation of the historic Gregory Ain House in Mar Vista Tract and a wedding chapel in China. Honors: 2013 and 2014 Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture Faculty Design Awards; Finalist, Richard Morris Hunt Fellowship; 2011 AIA Young Architect Award.
