摘要

Sozen et al [1] used NBC curves [2] as a design goal to attenuate background noise level in a call centre. Therefore, they proposed some acoustical treatments with regard to the ceiling, walls and partitions in order to achieve acceptable noise level.rnNCB curves are known as a sound quality descriptor. On the other hand, background sound quality with regard to rumble and hiss can be evaluated by NCB. For spaces where speech perception is essential like classrooms, NCB is a prefect standard because the tangency systems such as NR [3], NC [4] and PNC [5] can not assess sound quality which can affect speech intelligibility.
