Schneider Packaging Equipment Co. Inc. introduced an automatic String Tie Load Containment Option to stabilize loads for safe internal transport. This can be used for empty blow-molded bottles in cases and other lightweight products that require additional handling and transport to other locations for filling or further processing, the company says. The string tie provides an environmentally friendly, fast, cost-effective alternative to temporary stretch wrapping for lightweight, unstable loads that require additional handling before shipping, it says.
