As part of the Taishin Financial Holding Group, the Taishin International Bank has benefited from the synergy with the group's subsidiaries of asset management, securities, bill finance and other financial services. The financial group has approaching 160 branch offices and 1479 ATMs. The bank itself has 101 branches after acquiring 12 branches from Hsinchu 10th Credit Cooperatives, a 500-person call-centre that can handle up to two million phone calls a month, and almost 1,200 service outlets in convenience stores.
