The all-steel vessel measures 64 metres in length overall, with a beam of 14.6 metres and a draught of 3.2 metres. Twin Cummins K38M engines provide power; each rated for 745kW at l,800rpm and driving twin propellers. When fully loaded, the vessel's maximum speed is 11.5 knots. For station keeping and manoeuvrability, a Cummins KTA19-M3 bow thruster has also been fitted.
