Winemakers now have a choice of differing degrees of permeability in corks to regulate the amount of oxygen ingress to the wine. Oeneo Closures has patented its 2-4-6, Trichloroanisole (TCA) extraction process called Diamant~® and is now focussed on controlling permeability by offering a closure with consistency of structure and sensory security.
