AIP Community Policy - Draft for Consultation

The AIP has a range of policies1 related to its purpose of 'promoting the role of physics in research, education, industry and the community'. The first of these policies to be reviewed in the current cycle is the Community Policy, comprising elements of the current Environment and Public policies. In September 2007, the draft policy was circulated to AIP branches for comment. In response to a suggestion from Dr Laurence Campbell, Flinders University of South Australia, an additional policy supporting a carbon tax has been included.
