A telemedicine-based blood glucose smart consultation system, comprising a ground track (1), parking stations (2), moving detectors (3) and signal stations (4), wherein the moving detectors are slidably arranged on the ground track (1); there are a plurality of signal stations (4) evenly spaced apart along one side of the ground track (1); the parking stations (2) comprises first control cabinets (22), and the signal stations (4) comprise second control cabinets (42); and the first control cabinets (22) and the second control cabinets (42) are separately connected to the moving detectors (3) by means of electrical signals for use in moving the moving detector (3) closest to a certain signal station (4) to said signal station. The system may be used for the blood glucose detection and monitoring of community users.
