RISK CLASSIFICATION AS A NECESSARY MANAGEMENT ELEMENT IN NUCLEAR POWER PROJECTS

The need for a systems approach to risk determination and classification during the implementation of projects in nuclear power is substantiated, since this is the most important stage in the generally accepted approaches to risk analysis and management. Variants of risk determination and classification over the entire life cycle are examined for NPPs with the most characteristic factors, specifically, the human factor, singled out. The importance of the strategic-risk group is underscored. Each individual risk must be perceived not independently but as part of the whole project.
