The Korea Electronics Show 2007 (KES 2007) showcasing South Korea's potential as an IT force was held at KINTEX in Ilsan from October 9 to 13. KES, one of South Korea's largest specialized exhibitions dealing with electronics and IT, marked its 38th year with the theme "Home to new digital life." Led by Samsung, LG, Sony Korea, Daiyo Yuden, Sharp and Haier Korea, about 630 participating companies from 25 countries and regions-including the United States, Japan, mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong-displayed a wide range of leading-edge IT products at the 32,157sqm exhibition site.
