MiDAS Talk: Stressing on China's Bilateral Ties with ASEAN

The Malaysian Institute of Defence and Security (MiDAS) on January 14, 2015 successfully held another series of its MiDAS Talk. The topic -"China's Neighbourhood Policy and Asian Security Architecture Building" had everyone glued to their seats during the one and a half hour session. The talk was given by Professor Yang Jiemian, Senior Fellow and Chairman of Shanghai Institute of International Studies Council of Academic Affairs. The topic of the lecture was aptly chosen as Malaysian and China celebrated 40 years of diplomatic relationship last year. MiDAS Chief Executive Officer, Lt General Datuk Dr William Stevenson acted as moderator of the talk.
